The pre-selection phase of the interview process is where the matching of the candidate’s resume with the advertised Job Vacancy, in terms of required: skills, competencies, and expertise takes place. Shortlisted candidates will be further contacted by our HR team of recruiters.
An interview is conducted with the candidates, where they have an opportunity to present themselves and get acquainted with key details about our company and the job position. Depending on the position of the job vacancy, a second interview and testing may also be scheduled.
If there are a proper match and mutual interest between our Company and the fitting candidates, a job offer will be proposed. In all other cases, the candidates will be informed of the outcome of the hiring process, as well as presented with other possibilities for future collaboration.
If the selected candidates accept the proposed job offer, they will become official members of our team. The new employees will be provided with all the necessary information to ensure they are ready for the first working day and further support to get integrated within our ranks.
