Position Overview:
As a Mid-Low Senior DevOps Engineer at Synami, you will play a
crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing our cloud infrastructure on AWS. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the availability, scalability, and security of our applications and services. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to understand infrastructure requirements and provide DevOps solutions.
• Design, implement, and manage AWS-based cloud infrastructure to support our applications and services.
• Automate deployment, configuration, and monitoring processes using tools like AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Ensure high availability and scalability of our systems, implementing load balancing, auto-scaling, and fault-tolerant architectures.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AWS infrastructure and application performance.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Maintain and improve security best practices, including access control and data encryption.
• Collaborate with teams to continuously improve processes and drive efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field(or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps roles with a strong focus on AWS.
• Proficiency in AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, and IAM.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IAC) tools such as AWS CloudFormation or Terraform.
• Strong scripting skills in languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Travis CI, GitLab CI/CD).
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified Solutions Architects) are a plus.
